ins-pi GmbH (Cologne, Germany) and ins-pi Inc. (Miami, FL, USA) are not corporate affiliates and do not form a group within the meaning of German or U.S. company law. Each is separately incorporated, separately managed, and separately responsible for its own products, contracts, data, and liabilities. Any legal relationship between you and ins-pi exists with the specific entity identified in the relevant contract, order form, or product listing.

Online dispute resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) TMG and general principles of applicable law. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
