It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, technical, or professional advice. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither ins-pi GmbH nor ins-pi Inc. makes any representation or warranty — express or implied — as to completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability. Use of the site is at your own risk.

2. Acceptable use

Access to ins-pi.com is permitted for lawful informational and commercial purposes. You agree not to: attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; use scrapers, bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or extract content without prior written permission; impersonate any person or entity; or circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control measure. Each of ins-pi GmbH and ins-pi Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in response to any breach of these conditions and to pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

3. Product screenshots, videos, and demos

Screenshots, screen recordings, videos, and live demos may show sample data, test environments, or illustrative scenarios. They do not represent any specific customer's actual data and do not constitute a binding product specification. Customer names, logos, or likenesses appear only with the relevant customer's written permission.

4. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future product capability, release timing, roadmap items, performance targets, or market developments are forward-looking and subject to change. Actual outcomes may differ materially. Procurement, investment, or contractual decisions should not be based on forward-looking statements without written confirmation from an authorised ins-pi representative.

5. AI features and third-party AI providers

Certain Applications in the YouDesign Transformation Suite include optional AI-assisted features. When those features are enabled, they rely on a third-party AI provider selected and contracted by the customer. Neither ins-pi company endorses, certifies, or assumes responsibility for any third-party AI provider. Customers are responsible for assessing AI outputs before acting on them and for compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of liability (several, not joint)

Each of ins-pi GmbH and ins-pi Inc. limits its own liability severally. Neither company is liable for the acts or omissions of the other. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither company, nor its directors, employees, or contractors, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use ins-pi.com. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or damage to life, body, or health under § 309 Nr. 7 BGB (ins-pi GmbH) or equivalent mandatory provisions (ins-pi Inc.).

7. Governing law

Content published by ins-pi GmbH is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (excluding the UN CISG), with exclusive venue in Cologne. Content published by ins-pi Inc. is governed by the laws of the State of Florida (excluding conflict-of-laws), with exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County. Where you have a contract with either company, the governing-law and venue provisions of that contract prevail.

Each company may update this disclaimer; changes take effect on publication, and continued use of ins-pi.com signals acceptance.
